Joseph G. Blume, Jr., CLTP

Joseph G. Blume, Jr. is a Vice President with Stewart Title Guaranty Co. and President of Stewart Title of Maryland with over 35 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry. Mr. Blume holds the distinction of having served as the first President of the Maryland Land Title Association having been instrumental in its formation in 1985. He has remained active in the Maryland Land Title since its inception by having continuously served as Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee since its inception, by service with distinction on the MLTA Board of Directors for 18 years, and by having founded the MLTA Political Action Committee and currently serving as its Treasurer. Mr. Blume also holds the designation as a Certified Land Title Professional having been awarded by the President of the Maryland Land Title Association.
