Janice H. Lynch, CLTP

Janice H. Lynch holds the designation of a Certified Land Title Professional by the Maryland Land Title Association and is a licensed Title Insurance Producer in the State of Maryland.  She is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Account Executive with First American Title Insurance Company and is based in the company’s Baltimore office. 

A lifelong Maryland resident, Mrs. Lynch has in excess of 25 years experience in the real estate settlement/title insurance underwriting industry.  She is a current member of the Maryland Land Title Association, having been active in the MLTA since 1991. Mrs. Lynch has served as Chairman of the Board of the Certified Land Title Professional certification program and on the Education Committee of the MLTA, as a lecturer for the MLTA pre-licensing course and numerous education offerings for Continuing Education credits.  She served on the Maryland Insurance Commission’s Committee in 2006-2007 to create the expanded Title Insurance Producer’s examination.

Having served in every elected officer position of the MLTA, Mrs. Lynch was elected President of the Maryland Land Title Association for the calendar year 2004-2005.  She founded the Maryland Land Title Association Foundation, Inc. in 2005, and serves as the Foundation’s Executive Director. Mrs. Lynch also founded the Southern Maryland Chapter of the Maryland Land Title Association in 2007.
